It contains 24 structured records across 18 provider organizations: 20 core protocol, variant, stack, or obfuscation records and 4 separately classified adjacent technologies. The release distinguishes vendor claims from independently published evidence and records technology class, deployment state, transparency, protocol-assessment status, platform support, documented purposes, post-quantum status, provenance, and review dates. The release provides JSON and CSV data, computed statistics, and the research and classification methodology. It is intended for reproducible analysis, journalism, engineering, and comparative research; it is not a provider or protocol ranking.
