RNA-Seq analysis of pancreatic tissues from acute pancreatitis and control SD rats

This study aimed to investigate gene expression changes associated with acute pancreatitis in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Total RNA was extracted from pancreatic tissues of three control rats and three rats with experimentally induced acute pancreatitis. RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina platform to identify differentially expressed genes and potential molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis.
