FLOR-ID

The hand-curated database contains information on 306 genes and links to 1595 publications gathering the work of >4500 authors. Gene/protein functions and interactions within the flowering pathways were inferred from the analysis of related publications, included in the database and translated into interactive manually drawn snapshots.本经人工整理的数据库收录了306个基因的相关信息，同时关联了1595篇学术文献，这些文献汇集了超过4500位作者的研究成果。数据库内开花通路相关的基因/蛋白质功能及其相互作用关系，均通过对数据库收录的相关文献进行分析推导得出，并被转化为经人工绘制的交互式快照。
