Data Set on Psychological and Psychological Adaptation to Digital Environments: Experiment with Five Stages of Stress Levels and Adaptations Profiles

This dataset is a part of multidisciplinary research for analysis related to psychological adaptation, stress response, and the development of digital competencies.This dataset (n=50) contains comprehensive data from an experiment conducted to explore psychological adaptation to digital environments. The data includes measures of self-efficacy, digital competencies (DC), and intolerance of uncertainty, as well as EEG readings (attention, relaxation, mental load, alpha-to-beta ratio) at five different stages of an experimental task. Each stage was designed with varying levels of stress in digital environments.

The dataset includes:

Self-efficacy and digital competence scores across different scales.Tolerance of uncertainty data, including subscales.EEG data (attention, relaxation, mental load, alpha-to-beta ratio) measured at each stage of the experiment.Self-assessment scores of psychological states for each participant at every stage.The experiment was conducted with 50 participants and focuses on their adaptation to digital environments. This dataset provides valuable insights into how individuals' psychological states and self-efficacy are influenced by varying stress levels in digital environments.
