The topography of the main lines of hemopoiesis is disturbed, the M: E ratio is 10: 1.
Megakaryocytes more numerous in relation to the marrow cellularity, dysmorphic, irregularly arranged with the formation of severalcell clusters, some of the clusters are located peritrabecularly. The large forms with hypersegmentation of the nuclei dominate, some with a complete division of the nuclei, with the preserved N / C ratio.
