GLOBAL RACE FOR AI TALENT: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the current trends in global competition for artificial intelligence specialists. The increase in global demand for AI personnel, the shortage of qualified specialists, and the measures taken by leading countries to attract and train talent are considered. Special attention was paid to assessing the state and prospects for developing the personnel potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as developing practical recommendations for its strengthening.
