Effects of Planting Panax notoginseng Under Forests on Carbon Fixing Bacteria Communityin Pine Soil

We studied the effects of Panax Notoginseng planting on carbon sequestrating microorganisms in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in pure pine forest (control) and under forest. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Panax Notoginseng cultivation has a difference in the carbon fixation microorganisms in pine soil. The results showed that Panax Notoginseng cultivation changed the gene abundance and diversity of carbon sequestrating microorganisms.
