WGS of the CSF2RB locus for 560 cattle

The aim of this study was to investigate candidate causative genes for a series of milk phenotype QTL mapping to the locus of the CSF2RB gene in cattle. These 560 animals were used as the reference population for imputation to whole-genome sequence (WGS) resolution genotypes in a larger population of cattle.
