资源简介:
Lepturinae is the third largest subfamily of the longhorn beetle family (Cerambycidae), comprising numerous species, but its phylogenetic relationships remain unclear. To address this, we sequenced and annotated the complete mitogenomes of Gammoptera paucula were 16,095 bp, respectively. The mitogenome contained 37 genes, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNAs (tRNAs), two ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and a control region. Most PCGs used ATN as the start codon; notably, nad1 initiated with TTG. All PCGs terminated with either TAN or a single T as the stop codon. Phylogenetic trees reconstructed from 13 mitochondrial PCGs and 13 PCGs_AA datasets further supported the monophyly of Lepturinae and clarified the phylogenetic relationships among its tribes.
