Raw sequence reads of Caenorhabditis elegans mutation accumulation lines

To investigate the effects of endogenous oxidative stress on the rate and spectrum of germline mutation in Caenorhabditis elegans, we sequenced the mutation accumulation lines derived from a strain carrying the mev-1(kn1) mutation, N2 strain and PB306 strain.
