Expression data from rat (Sprague Dawley) brain subjected to MCAo.

We studied the global gene expression of the reduction in infarct volume using Affymetrix Gene Chips. We analysed all the genes that were up or down regulated in the study.本研究采用Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix Gene Chips），对与梗死体积缩小相关的全基因组基因表达情况展开了研究，并对该实验中表达上调与下调的全部基因进行了分析。
