MLLT3 binds to TSS of genes active in FL-HSPC Overall design: Sorted HSPC from 4 weeks cultured cells were sorted and crosslinked. MLLT3 V5 K4me3 K36me3 K79me2 were immunoprecipitated from sonicated chromatin (100,000-200,000 cells per IP) DNA was amplified with Nugen Ovation V2 kit and sequenced in single end 50bp in multiplexed run on an Illumina HiSeq4000 instrument.
