Brazilian companies with highest market cap 2024

As of October 2024, Petrobras, a state-owned corporation in the petroleum industry, was the largest public company in Brazil, with a market capitalization of nearly 93 billion U.S. dollars. Nu Holdings, a Brazil-based digital banking platform, was second in the ranking, with a market cap of 63.84 billion U.S. dollars. Brazilian financial services company Itaú Unibanco followed closely and came in third, amounting to almost 59 billion U.S. dollars in market cap.
