RIP-seq of DDX49 related RNAs in HHL5 cells transfected Flag-DDX49 following OA/PA treatment for 24 hours

DDX49 is a RNA-binding protein, to explore DDX40 related RNAs in MASLD and MASH, we used RIP-seq to analysis to identify the mRNAs bound by DDX49 in HHL5 cells transfected with Flag tagged DDX49 following OA/PA treatment for 24 hours We transfected Flag-DDX49 into HHL5 cells following OA/PA treatment for 24 hours, then lysed the cells and used magnetic beads coated with Flag antibodies to pull down the RNA bound to DDX49. Subsequently, we extracted total RNA using Trizol method and conducted sequencing analysis.
