SHiELD test cases - for submission to GMD

Three cases are used in a manuscript on the containerization of SHiELD, for submission to GMD.

Two Hurricane Laura simulations (regional_Laura.zip is a regional run and global_nest_Laura.zip is a global-nest run) and one scalability test case (global_scalability.zip). Each case includes configurations, climatology data, and initial conditions (and boundary conditions for the regional run). The climatology data are provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Environmental Modeling Center (EMC). The initial and boundary conditions are created from the U.S. operational Global Forecast System (GFS) analysis using UFS_UTILS.

GFS_fix.zip contains surface climatology data provided by NOAA EMC and needed by the three cases.
