PRO-seq experiment of Nelfb deg mESC in serum/LIF or during pluripotency transitions, with or without dTAG-13. Triplicates for most conditions. Nuclei were collected at indicated time points after treatment/control. Drosophila S2 nuclei were then added as spike-in and mixture of mouse and S2 cells was frozen together. Run-on reaction and library preparation was performed on the mixture of mouse and S2 cells.
