The data of the article"RLsite: Integrating 3D-CNN and BiLSTM for RNA-ligand binding site prediction''

The dataset and code associated with the article "RLsite: Integrating 3D-CNN and BiLSTM for RNA–Ligand Binding Site Prediction", published in Chinese Physics B, are organized into several directories and scripts, each serving a specific purpose.
