The purpose of this study was to identify the changes in gene expression that occur throughout the prostate in response to system therapy. Overall design: Biopsies were acquired prior to therapy, and prostate tissues were six months of therapy. Bulk prostate tissue was collected without microdissection, even in pathologic complete responders.
