To identify candidate integrators of aversive stimuli, we performed
whole-brain calcium imaging in freely-moving C. elegans. Animals were
recorded while exploring arenas surrounded by copper. Calcium imaging of
individual neurons in freely-moving C. elegans was conducted as previously
described in Atanas et al., 2023.
