Reproducibility archive for explicit kidney-related eligibility and outcome terminology in randomized adult sepsis trial registrations

This record provides the complete reproducibility archive for a deterministic ClinicalTrials.gov registry-history study of explicit kidney-related eligibility and outcome terminology in randomized adult sepsis trial registrations. The archive includes ClinicalTrials.gov source retrieval files, query logs, registry-history records, fixed terminology dictionaries, cohort definitions, trial-level evidence strings and classification flags, derived analysis datasets, statistical outputs, corrected analysis workbooks, analysis and figure-generation code, publication figures, protocol version 1.5, software-environment information, validation reports, and SHA-256 file hashes. The main analysis included 380 randomized adult sepsis trial registrations. Historical registry versions were available for all 380 registrations, and 256 had an exact pre-start version. Explicit kidney outcomes were identified in 95 of 256 evaluable pre-start registrations, predominantly as kidney replacement therapy or dialysis outcomes. The study measures explicit terminology under fixed deterministic rules and does not infer clinical equivalence, unrecorded investigator intent, actual outcome measurement, analysis, or publication. Raw ClinicalTrials.gov-derived records remain subject to the applicable source terms.
