China AOI数据集包含了从2018年到2020年的Sentinel-1 C-band SAR Ground Range Detected (GRD) amplitude数据、Global Seasonal Sentinel-1 Interferometric Coherence and Backscatter dataset、Sentinel-1 Geocoded Unwrapped Interferograms、Harmonized Sentinel-2 Level 2A surface reflectance data、ESA Climate Change Initiative (CCI) Above Ground Biomass annual maps、ESA World Cover land use/land cover maps、MODIS Vegetation Continuous Fields (VCF) annual maps以及European Commission JRC Global Human Settlement Layer (GHSL) Built-up Surface dataset等数据。数据集分为训练集、验证集和测试集，分别占60%、20%和20%。
