Dataset of Polygonati Rhizoma Ethanol Extract Against Cisplatin-Induced Myocardial Injury Based on UPLC and Network Pharmacology

This paper describes and releases a dataset for investigating the material basis and mechanism of Polygonatum sibiricum ethanol extract (PSE) against cisplatin-induced acute myocardial injury (DDP-AMI).The dataset integrates data from ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS), network pharmacology, and in vivo experiments in mice. Specifically, it includes: 1) five identified active components from PSE and their mass spectrometry information; 2) 67 screened potential therapeutic targets and the enrichment results of key pathways; 3) molecular docking binding energy data for core component-target pairs; and 4) complete in vivo experimental data, including myocardial histopathological images under different dosage interventions, mRNA expression levels of six core targets, and protein expression levels of five key signaling proteins. This dataset provides reusable foundational data for subsequent research exploring the protective effects of PSE against DDP-AMI based on integrated UPLC-MS, network pharmacology, and experimental validation.
