WGBS and RNA-seq of mouse livers and human Hep3B cells

We detected the contributions of CpG methylation in gene promoter to the expression of acute phase proteins in livers Gene expression profiles of Hep3B cells with or without IL-6 and IL-1β (10 ng/ml rhIL-6, 1 ng/ml rhIL-1β ) treatment for 24 h were determined with RNA sequencing using illumina Novaseq. The resting liver tissues were excised from normal mice. After one week recover,100ul turpentine was subcutaneously injected to the every hind limb.Obtaining the turpentine-induced liver tissues two days later.Transcriptome and methylome of prepared mouse liver tissues were determined with RNA sequencing and whole genome bisulfite sequencing using illumina Novaseq.
