Effect of FL-Fc-DM1 drug on gene expression of MV-4-11 cells.

To eliminate cell-cycle arrested AML cells, we developed a FL-Fc-DM1 drug by conjugating FLT3 liangd Fc fusion protein and mertansine. We used the MV-4-11 cells as a AML model. The total mRNA of MV-4-11 cells treated with different concentration of FL-Fc-DM1 were sequenced. MV-4-11 cells were cultured in IMDM medium supplemented with 10% FBS. In the control group, MV-4-11 cells were cultured for 1 day. In the FL-Fc-DM1 treatment groups, MV-4-11 cells were treated with FL-Fc-DM1 (0.5 and 1.5 nM) for 1 day. We than analyze the transcriptome differences between different groups.
