Raspberry ketone ingestion in immature males of Queensland fruit fly and the effects on sexual maturation: A comprehensive tissue-specific transcriptomic analysis

We generated paired-end Illumina NovaSeq RNA-seq (150 bp) from immature male Bactrocera tryoni (Qfly) to profile tissue-specific and temporal responses to raspberry ketone feeding. Tissues sampled were testes, accessory gland, apodeme, rectal gland, and carcass at days 3, 6, 9, and 12 in RK-fed and unfed males. Libraries were prepared using rRNA depletion and sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 instrument. This submission contains raw FASTQ files. Processed count matrices and sample metadata will be deposited in GEO and linked to this SRA project. No human data are included.
