NGS data of RIL populations and parental sequencing of the rice (PRJCA044238)

This project aims to investigate the genetic basis of stem-related traits associated with lodging resistance in rice (Oryza sativa). A recombinant inbred line (RIL) population was developed from a cross between two cultivars, Zhenshan 97 and C309, which exhibit contrasting stem architecture. To facilitate high-resolution QTL mapping, whole-genome resequencing of the RIL population was performed using the Illumina PE1500 platform.
