Small mammal visits to TRASH-Cams

Describes the number of visits (foraging bouts) made by small mammals to seed removal stations in a temperate deciduous forest (Hamilton College Experimental Forest.
Common variables:
Collection.date: describes the month data were collected (0 = October, 2 = December, 3 = January, 6 = April)
Site: Categorical variable for plot (14 levels)
Species: Categorical variable describing the identity of three species of small mammals (Peromyscus spp., Tamiasciurus hudsonicus, Tamias striatus)

Visit data variables:
Visit.count: Numerical data describing the number of visits by each species
ID: A unique row ID to account for overdispersion in data
Camera data variables:
Tray: Unique ID for seed depot
Video.number: A unique numerical id for each video
Date: Date video was recorded
Temperature: Air temperature at time of video recording
Time.start: The time at which a video started (24 hour clock)
Video.length: Length of video in seconds
Lonicera.eaten: Number of Lonicera spp. seeds eaten during the visit
