基于农业部发布的全国农业植物检疫性有害生物分布行政区名录，投影方式采用WGS84坐标系统经纬度投影（EPSG:4326）；对物种分布进行地标化，分辨率为县级及以下；输出格式为shp。

Based on the National Distribution List of Agricultural Plant Quarantine Pests categorized by administrative regions published by the Ministry of Agriculture, the projection adopts the WGS84 coordinate system with geographic latitude-longitude projection (EPSG:4326). The species distribution data is georeferenced with a resolution at the county level and below, and the output format is SHP.
