Microbiome profiling associated with fruit disease

In the last year, the production of chilhuacle negro plants was seriously affected by an unidentified pathogen causing fruit rot, the main objective of this work was to identify the source of the causal agent of this disease through DNA metabarcoding coupled with high-throughput sequencing.
