Noise Induced Bias in Digital Image Correlation

This is the source code of my paper "Noise-induced bias for convolution based interpolation in digital image correlation". The noise-induced bias is a systematic error of image registration; it is caused by the combination of image noise and imperfect interpolation. I hope these code will help others who are interest in bias errors of image registration. I think the implementation of the interpolation algorithms may be helpful to others.
