The NCTC 13129 sequence was used as comparison. DIP1118, which is absent in DSM43988 and DSM43989 is annotated as two smaller genes in DSM44123. Partial genes, potentially due to gaps in the genomic sequence, are shaded in grey. DIP0789, highlighted in yellow, is a pseudogene in DSM43989.
