The Astrophysics Data System (ADS) is a digital library portal for researchers in astronomy and physics, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory and funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). ADS maintains three bibliographic databases: astronomy and astrophysics, physics, and arXiv preprints. In addition to its collections of astronomy and physics literature, it also covers resources from other fields including mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, electrical engineering and systems science, and economics.
