The aim of this study is to investigate the nephrotoxicity of aflatoxin B1 in ruminants by treating eighteen Saanen goats with three dietary AFB1 levels for 14 days, using transcriptome analysis as a key approach. This research is significant for enhancing understanding of the mechanisms underlying AFB1-induced renal toxicity in ruminants, which can support the development of strategies to mitigate its adverse effects and contribute to safeguarding animal health and food safety.
