服務項目SERVICE空間規劃•住宅全室設計•貨櫃屋設計•辦公室設計•套房配套設計•服飾店設計•銷售樣品屋設計沐森致力於為客戶打造獨特且富有個性的居住、工作或商業環境。深入了解客戶需求並融入創意，打破傳統框架，讓每個空間都充滿生氣和活力。公司團隊提供全方位的設計服務，讓空間不僅滿足實用需求，更展現獨特風格。工程監造•住宅室內裝修•中古屋舊屋翻新•店面規劃裝修•老宅再生修造•銷售樣品屋整建沐森的工程監造服務範圍涵蓋廣泛，從裝修規劃到實際施工，我們以高效和專業的態度確保每個工程順利進行，並注重於細節和品質。不論是新建案還是房屋再翻新，我們都致力於為客戶創造一個舒適、實用且具有美感的空間。設計流程STEP.01了解業主之各項需求家庭人口、起居習慣、特殊偏好、工程預算、設備及家具之使用狀況，進度安排…等。STEP.02現場勘量根據初步定案之設計，完成各項必要之施工詳圖及說明，並編列工程估價及進度表。STEP.03平面草圖定案初步規劃、動線等示意圖元素參考，先取得必要之認同，且利於設計之輪廓。STEP.04簽訂初步規劃圖面如業主對前項提供之草案，尚感滿意並認為有進一步磋商研討必要，則雙方簽訂『設計委託合約』，設計費為每坪單價3,500元，以便我們提供更詳盡的服務，並且對個案進行必要之修正及各種細部設計，簽訂後不得任意大部更動先前設計。STEP.05細部設計根據初步定案之設計，完成各項必要之施工詳圖及說明，並編列工程估價及進度表。STEP.06簽訂工程合約工程延攬之說明：本公司將充分取得業主之信任，以合理之價格取得工程承攬之權利。以便掌握工程上各方面的品質及對設計理念之較多細節取得最佳詮釋。STEP.07進行施工STEP.08完工驗收及交屋STEP.09結案

Engineering supervision covers residential interior renovation, renovation of old houses, store planning and renovation, old house regeneration and reconstruction, and sales sample house reconstruction. Mosen's engineering supervision services range from renovation planning to actual construction, with a focus on efficiency and professionalism to ensure the smooth progress of each project. We pay close attention to details and quality, striving to create comfortable, practical, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients. Design process: STEP.01 Understand the owner's various needs including family size, living habits, special preferences, budget, equipment and furniture usage, and scheduling. STEP.02 Site measurement Complete necessary construction details and descriptions based on the preliminary design, and compile engineering estimates and schedules. STEP.03 Floor plan sketch Approval of preliminary planning, layout, and illustrative elements to first obtain necessary agreement and facilitate the design outline. STEP.04 Signing of preliminary planning图纸 If the owner is satisfied with the previous draft provided and believes further discussion and negotiation are necessary, both parties will sign a 'Design Commission Agreement' with a design fee of 3,500 yuan per square meter. This allows us to provide more detailed services and make necessary corrections and various detailed designs to the individual cases. Any major changes to the previous design are not allowed after signing. STEP.05 Detailed design Complete necessary construction details and descriptions based on the preliminary design, and compile engineering estimates and schedules. STEP.06 Signing of engineering contract Explanation of engineering recruitment: Our company will gain the owner's trust to obtain the right to undertake the project at a reasonable price.
