To examine the transcriptome of various mimetic thymic epithelial cell populations (CilTEC, MyoTEC, Hetero-post TEC, microfold TEC, endocrine TEC and corneoTEC) we sorted these populations from young WT mice and performed bulk RNAseq Overall design: mRNA profiles of various thymic epithelial cells (TEC) (e.g. CilTEC, MyoTEC, Hetero-post TEC, microfold TEC, endocrine TEC and corneoTEC) from young (5 weeks old) C56Bl/6 mice ,were generated by deep sequencing, using the MARSseq method.
