THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS IN TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This article examines the pivotal role of educational diagnostics in teacher professional development (PD) and its impact on instructional quality and student outcomes. Through a mixed-methods study involving surveys, interviews, and classroom observations, the research highlights how diagnostic tools help educators identify their strengths and weaknesses, personalize their professional growth experiences, and enhance student engagement and achievement. The findings emphasize the need for educational institutions to prioritize educational diagnostics within PD frameworks to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
