Each register gives the following information, in respect of each letter registered: the annual progressive number of the letter (within each literal group); the date on which the letter was written; the name of the person writing the letter; references to previous letters and papers (if any); the date of the reply to the letter; the number of the reply (in Copies of letters sent to private persons); and the subject of the letter.(2/1421A part-1422; microfilm copy SR Reel 2805). 3 vols (part).
