Most important issues facing the exhibition industry in Europe 2021, by country

According to a June 2021 study, the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic was the most significant issue facing the exhibition industry in Europe. Around 28 percent of the survey sample indicated the pandemic as the main issue, while 33 percent of respondents in the UK claimed the same. Meanwhile, 22 percent of surveyed exhibition companies in Spain cited the economy in the home market as the most pressing issue for the industry, and 21 percent of respondents in Germany indicated global economic developments.
