Assessing and comparing the only common invariants and factor across all scales: from the micro, the meso and the macro, from the quantum scales to the cosmic web. I explore on two common invariant factors governed by variational constraints across all scales: dynamic states that transport energy, and static states that store. The static state stores information and constraints rather than active energy, corresponding to locally minimised free energy, structural stability, and low entropy configurations. The dynamic state corresponds to energy in motion: transport, flow, and evolution governed by variational constraints, characterised by higher entropy production and information throughput. I hope to further expand and refine, and I'm happy for any constructive criticism and feedback to further improve and expand my exploration into this.
