The Analysis of RNA-Sequencing Reveals the Immune Regulatory Roles of Key MiRNAs in Intestines of the Hybrid Yellow Catfish (Tachysurus fulvidraco? * P. vachellii?) under transport stress

The miRNA negatively regulation of target genes expression indicated the immune role of integrating miRNA with mRNA targets may through TNF alpha-mediated pathways regulated immune response and intestinal injury under transport stress. Overall design: we subjected to simulating the transport (0h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 16h) and setting recover 96h (after transport 16h), and intestinal biochemical and MiRNA-target gene analyses were performed in hybrid yellow catfish.
