Dataset and Code for Risk-Based Supervision of Work Zone Traffic Management in Medellín, Colombia

This repository contains the dataset and R code used in the study “Risk-Based Supervision of Work Zone Traffic Management in an Urban Utility Corridor.” The data were collected during an urban infrastructure project in Medellín, Colombia (November 2023–February 2025) and include daily supervision records, non-conformity tickets, and signal-theft logs.
The dataset supports the analysis of PMT (temporary traffic management plan) compliance, supervisory performance, and operational risk dynamics in work zones. The accompanying R script reproduces all statistical analyses, tables, and figures presented in the article, including descriptive statistics, logistic regression, segmented longitudinal analysis, count models, response-time analysis, and a composite risk index.
This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on work zone safety and supervision in urban infrastructure contexts.
