THP-1-derived macrophages were collected 24 h after SspA-1 or PBS stimulation. Total RNA was extracted with the TRIzol reagent. Three biological repeated samples were prepared for each group. RNA-seq was performed by Novogene Co., LTD (Beijing, China) with Illumina HiSeqTM2500 sequencing system. The numbers of successful reads were quantifified and assessed by Novogene Co., LTD. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were analyzed by software DESeq2 R package (1.10.1).
