Data are related to the paper "Availability bias in road safety systematic reviews and its impact on the meta-analysis findings" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.aap.2024.107905). Specifically, the file contains data which were used for the graphs in the Fig. 2. More information is available in the paper. The graphs are related to seven meta-analyses displayed in two forms: firstly, the forest plots of y and CI values, using the MS Excel template by Brandt (2014); secondly, the funnel graphs of individual study values (yi and wi) together with the weighted averages y.
