资源简介:
The excel file contains several csv files. The ASR_raw_data.csv file contains raw data describing the onset of aerial surface respiration in fish exposed to gradual hypoxia (100-10% air saturation over 2 hrs) following chronic exposure (~6 weeks) to hypoxic (50% air saturation) or normoxic (100% air saturation) conditions. The GVR_raw_data.csv file contains gill ventilation rate (GVR) data obtained through observations of fish exposed to gradual hypoxia. Fish were either exposed to constant hypoxia (50 % air saturation) or constant normoxia (100% air saturation) for a period of ~6 weeks and were then acutely exposed (2 hrs) to gradual hypoxia (100-10% air saturation) with the number of opercular beats min-1 for each fish recorded at 50%, 40%, 30% 20% and 10% air saturation levels. The PCTmax_raw_data.csv file contains oxygen-limited upper thermal tolerance threshold (PCTMAX) information for individual fish exposed to rapid environmental warming (at a rate of 0.3 °C min-1 ) whilst simultaneously exposed to 100%, 30% or 15% air saturation levels. Prior to testing, fish were either exposed to constant normoxia (100% air saturation) or constant hypoxia (50% air saturation) for a period of ~6 weeks. The LOEcrit_raw_data.csv file contains hypoxia tolerance data documenting the oxygen level (% air saturation) at which fish lost equilibrium (LOEcrit) when exposed to gradual hypoxia (100-10% air saturation over 2 hrs). Prior to testing, fish were either exposed to constant normoxia (100% air saturation) or constant hypoxia (50% air saturation) for a period of ~6 weeks. The Ventricle_mass_raw_data.csv file contains fish ventricle mass data collected following chronic (~6 weeks) or acute (2 hr) exposure to hypoxic conditions (50% air saturation) or normoxic conditions (100% air saturation). The Spleen_mass_raw_data.csv file contains fish spleen mass data collected following chronic (~6 weeks) or acute (2 hr) exposure to hypoxic conditions (50% air saturation) or normoxic conditions (100% air saturation). The Haematocrit_raw_data.csv file contains fish haematocrit data collected following chronic (~6 weeks) or acute (2 hr) exposure to hypoxic conditions (50% air saturation) or normoxic conditions (100% air saturation). The Behavioural_choice_raw_data.csv file contains fish behavioural preference data. During trials fish were able to choose between normoxic waters (100% air saturation) or severely hypoxic waters (10% air saturation). Prior to behavioural experiments fish were exposed to chronic (~6 weeks) hypoxia (50% air saturation) or normoxia (100% air saturation). The Aerial_predation_raw_data.csv file contains fish behavioural data describing the antipredator responses of fish to a digital aerial predation simulation whilst simultaneously exposed to normoxic (100% air saturation) or severely hypoxic (10% air saturation) waters. Prior to behavioural experiments fish were exposed to chronic (~6 weeks) hypoxia (50% air saturation) or normoxia (100% air saturation). The Respirometry_raw_data.csv file contains metabolic rate data obtained via intermittent flow respirometry. Fish were chronically (~6 weeks) or acutely (8-12 hr) exposed to hypoxic conditions (50% air saturation) or normoxic conditions (100% air saturation). Their maximum metabolic rate, standard metabolic rate and absolute aerobic scope was estimated for fish from each treatment group.
