MiRNA sequencing on plasma samples from pregnant women with different outcomes

To explore differentially expressed miRNAs in maternal peripheral blood between term labor, term not in labor and preterm labor women Overall design: The peripheral blood samples were stored in EDTA tubes, then were centrifuged in 1,600g for 10 minutes to remove blood cells.
