MPAS-Ocean test cases used in a publication for the new semi-implicit solver

Each tar file includes everything needed to run a simulation with MPAS-Ocean v7 The steps are: download unzip: tar xvfz filename.tar.gz add a link to your compiled executable of MPAS-Ocean v7 run '1d' test cases e.g., mpirun -n 1 ocean_model '2d' and 'global_ocean' test cases e.g., mpirun -n $N ocean_model If the simulation was successful, you will see: <pre><code>tail -n 1 log.ocean.0000.out Logging complete.
