Inferring norepinephrine dynamics from partial observations reveals the temporal structure of elevations during arousal

This dataset includes simultaneous in vivo imaging data of norepinephrine sensors (GRAB-NE and rNE) and an inert fluorescence reporter (NE-mut) in the cortex during spontaneous changes in behavioral states in awake mice. It features detailed recordings of NE and inert reporter activity, axon activity, pupil size, locomotion speed, and NE-mut/GRAB-NE traces that were predicted from a combination of the other variables using LSTM models
