福建省-环境卫生管理-设区市碳排放绩效评价指标信息

基于可持续发展、低碳经济、碳排放脱钩等基础理论，利用计量经济学和统计学方法，遵循科学性、层次性、代表性、数据可获性等原则，协同科研机构研究视角和社会组织视角，综合考虑经济发展与能源利用、碳排放及其他因素影响，在借鉴国际可持续发展指标体系、气候变化表现指数、全球环境绩效指数、低碳竞争力评价和国内应对气候变化统计指标体系、国家循环经济示范城市建设评价指标、绿色发展指标体系构建的基础上，构建福建省区域碳绩效考核评价指标体系。该表数据时间范围为:2015年-至今

Based on foundational theories such as sustainable development, low-carbon economy, and carbon emission decoupling, this study adopts econometric and statistical methods, adheres to principles including scientificity, hierarchy, representativeness, and data availability, integrates the research perspectives of scientific research institutions and social organizations, and comprehensively takes into account the impacts of economic development, energy utilization, carbon emissions and other relevant factors. Drawing on international sustainable development indicator systems, Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI), Global Environmental Performance Index (EPI), low-carbon competitiveness evaluation frameworks, as well as domestic statistical indicator systems for climate change response, evaluation indicators for the construction of national circular economy demonstration cities, and green development indicator systems, this study constructs a regional carbon performance assessment and evaluation indicator system for Fujian Province. The time span of the data in this dataset is from 2015 to the present.
