Vertical ocean profiles collected by a Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) package in the Amundsen Sea

This dataset includes 122 CTD vertical profiles acquired during NBP1005 in the Amundsen Sea (02 Dec 2010 to 14 Jan, 2011) using both the ship’s ‘CTD’ (N=87) and a Trace Metal Clean (‘TMC’) CTD (N=35) package. There is an ascii file for each downcast (N=122) and bottle cast (N=80, i.e., not all casts tripped bottles), along with a README file that gives details on the file structure, instrument package, sensors, and post-cruise sensor calibrations/corrections.
