Replication Package for Burden–Uncertainty Measurement Reconstruction in OSS Evolution

This archive contains the replication package for reconstructing the burden–uncertainty measurement procedure reported in the EMSE Measurement manuscript and its Companion materials. The package includes selected PR-level processed source files, rebuilt 200/20 rolling-window reconstruction values, scripts for generating Companion Table ax05, validation outputs, a codebook, manifest, and documentation. The package is intended to support measurement transparency and reproducibility. It is not intended to claim a universal stabilization trajectory across projects, predict intervention points, detect managerial recognition moments, validate governance decisions, or establish organizational predictability.
